On the left side menu, click 'SETTINGS' then click 'SHARE'. To invite a new user you need to fill in their email, chose their role (User, Chat Agent, Leasing Agent, Maintenance Coordinator, View Knowledge or View Maintenance) and connect them to the relevant property groups. Then just click on the 'SEND INVITATION' button.
After the new user accepts the invitation, you will see them on the list below with all their relevant details.
'Admin' role is the only one who can invite new users to Different console.
